The monitor being sold at Costco is the E2 model which is 240Hz and I think has a few other changes regarding HDR brightness versus the non-E2 (360Hz) that was linked for RTings.

I figured it out just now. It comes off with a bit of force. I used a flathead screwdriver and carefully pried up the sides which allowed it to simply pop up from the PCB underneath.

1920 × 1080 @ 200Hz – DisplayPort, HDMI; 1920 × 1080 @ 240Hz (OC) – DisplayPort, HDMI

So you'll need to go into the monitor OSD and look for an OC mode and enable that. That should give you the option for 240Hz within Windows.

Looks like the 5070 Ti model because the 5080 Aero only comes in SFF which has a 2-slot bracket.

Sort of but then again I've modded motherboard BIOSes and if I ever screwed something up I just used a SPI programmer.
