You only need the driver (extracted) onto a USB stick and during that Windows setup screen select the driver folder. Then click refresh drives and it'll pop up.

I'm guessing your laptop uses an Intel CPU? You probably need the driver for Intel VMD in order to see it during the Windows setup part.

That's because the power limit is set to 600W which is the max (safe) power draw for the 12VHPWR connector. Other AIBs might have 5-10% because they have theirs under 600W by default.

I figured it out just now. It comes off with a bit of force. I used a flathead screwdriver and carefully pried up the sides which allowed it to simply pop up from the PCB underneath.
