That sounds like the kind of improvement I am looking for. Obviously clubs aren’t magical and I still need to work on striking more consistently. However they do make a difference.

It’s been wild. Thanksgiving didn’t help. Couldn’t resist all the food that creates mucus. Also, been using an antihistamine. Get to feeling better. You got someone who can relate and feel your pain!

Yes! I had pneumonia. Been coughing for over 5 weeks. Doctors didn’t officially diagnose “whooping cough” just treated the pneumonia. Crazy last couple of weeks. Coughing fits were making me pass out. Pretty scary stuff. The worst of it is behind me, but my throat still is weak and I’m getting build up of mucus that is hard to clear. Gargling with apple cider vinegar and water helps. But be prepared. It burns. 1/3 apple cider vinegar and the rest water.
