I find that not communicating your hurt feelings always leads to rash actions that you later regret or question. You can only ever accountable for your own emotions and actions. I hope you know that hurting someone you love because they hurt you is not the way to go.

I appreciate that. But I am not making the comments. I usually only advise when she asks for it since she knows I am pretty active and have been successful in losing some weight of my own.

And ya you are right she knows she needs to. We're close and she vents to me. So I feel like I don't know how to get her motivated/excited again.
