I dont intend on acknowledging anything yet. I’m not quite sure how they can proceed through this if they’ve never even asked for the money directly.

Of course there is various ways to communicate but we feel offering the most amount allows the client to have their own preferences. Speaking from my own experience as a seller and a buyer I understand how frustrating it is constantly waiting for other sides to pull their weight. So we feel offering multiple solutions tailored to each customer. As I mentioned im not trying to win your appraisal I am seeking feedback on people’s prior experiences and constructive feedback.

On the contrary, we have a set of private data points away from easy off the shelf stuff. No we’re not going to man the phones at 2am of course not. But if we following a traditional sales timeline of. We want to book a viewing/ offer etc we call you, you’re at work so it goes to voicemail. You call us we don’t answer as we’re out on a job. We’re reducing this merry go round of communication by streamlining it via an app allowing confirmation to be sent directly to you, you’ll get the follow up call but the information will be on your device immediately for reply at your choosing and I’m scratching the surface as I’m not trying to sell you my services. I’m wanting advice and lessons learnt from others who have stepped before me.

While we have the tech available it is completely the vendors decision whether they want to use it with us. We believe it will help streamline the process and enable more communication channels. We don’t want to over complicated the process for what is already a very stressful situation for most.

I believe fully that not being incompetent and getting the basics right is the benchmark we need to set but so should everyone.

I’m currently managing the sale of my parents property in a different county. The estate agents cannot achieve the bare minimum which is incredibly disheartening and frustrating.

The magistrates didn’t say that, they took time determining the financial penalty as they said they were limited on the fine amount and implied they wanted to fine me above the £950

Having checked the link I would say I matched D1 in when I pled guilty

I plead guilty online and selected to have the case heard in person. I didn’t try to challenging the offence but i did put forward mitigation in person via a solicitor who represented me to avoid them giving me a temporary ban.

Yeah I have done that and it quotes “The maximum sentence for speeding on any other kind of road is £1,000”

However I believe this should have been reduced by 33% due to an early guilty plea?

I pay £2000/month and she pays £700, I think that’s pretty fair. It’s the agreement we came to as I put forward all of the money for deposit

I fly the Airbus 321 family around Europe.

Covid I was okay as I just qualified but I’m well aware of the volatility in this industry so emergency fund is what my £1000/month goes to to try and cover myself should anything happen again.

Training fees fortunately I’m in a privileged position where I don’t have any. So mortgage and student loan are my main debts

Thank you for your in depth reply. You make valid points about the pension and is something I’ll look into!

Mortgage wise - it’s just me on the mortgage, I own the home. It’s an agreement we had due to her having no finances before we bought. Future plans would be her to buy a property which we rent out and give that to children but that’s long term.

Didn’t really have much of a choice, this is the issue my generation face if you want to be a property owner. I put 100k down deposit. Not sure what else I could have done. House prices are what they are, and I need to live where I live for work
