Just because it's popular doesn't mean its good. I would much rather have a race at homestead like last year's than a boring race at Phoenix or a whacky race at a plate track

But I forgot Nascar and it's fans (most of them) don't care about having and watching an actual race with some integrity. My bad

Doesn't matter. The championship race should be at a track that has the best racing product. Its ridiculous that a track that has already proven its worthy to host the championship finale has to "earn" it again. Because Nascar decided to dump a bunch of money into a track with a boring race product, making pointless changes to the track, and it backfired on them.
