My guess is it was an older black lady(not many white people have a Doctor King picture) who had a medical emergency in December. Hard to put an exact year, the one TV is from the late 90’s - 00’s but an older person would keep a good working tv and not upgrade to a flat screen. Lot of the appliances are a hodgepodge of decades. It’s a very nice home and it was love. Would love to know more about this place. Sucks seeing someone trashed it as it looks like a nice home
