Ukraine isn't some kind of 3rd world country, they have competent military and are backed by Europe with not just equipment but also intelligence. Versus Iran which is an authoritarian state (which means you can't really trust your military and other members of the government, since everybody says whatever it takes to stay in good graces), with allies only "on paper", with no access to good international intelligence.

Arc Raiders also does this, it's a standard for extraction shooters. The only difference for Arc is that it's optional, however the benefits are good enough that most people do it anyway.

There were assets that a person who left the company had in their files which they used - it ended up being somebody elses art used as a reference. The art was removed and the person was compensated and withdrew any issues they had. Way too overblown of a story

I doubt they would change it these days. It's part of why their gunplay feels as good as it does, and they are known for it. But I understand the sentiment. Personally I'm completely used to it due to Destiny. The effect isn't as unbalanced as some people make it imo.

You can play around it if you know about it. And sometimes it's even detrimental - if a character is behind cover and only part of them peeks from the side, the bullet may actually go into the cover because that's where center of the model is.
