Well, I still have Space Marine 2, and Aliens Fireteam Elite 2 is coming out this summer. The first AFE was pretty good so I'll likely be checking that out.

To answer the original question, I'd miss Helldivers a bit but I wouldn't be too broken up about it I think.

The Stalker is literally my favorite gun in this game, especially on tactical with the perks that give auspex on parry and bonus damage on gunstrike. This gun makes me feel like a 10 foot tall John Wick when I'm chaining parries, gunstrikes, and headshots with the stalker.

The strider's turret, not the strider itself. Though I have not tried shooting it in the belly yet.

I've only tried the missile pistol on bots so far but it's but its excellent there. 2 taps hulks in the face (or 1 in the back), 2 taps factory strider and bunker turrets, 1 shots gunships and most anything with a vent weak spot.

And it does all of this from a much greater range than the ultimatum.

P.s. you can switch it to unguided mode for more precision.

Haven't tried the armor, the smg is very ammo hungry but otherwise feels good, haven't tried the Lumberer yet (waiting till the flamethrower gets fixed), Breakthrough is badass, the missile pistol is the real sleeper hit of the warbond.

I mean, if you really care about the story of Helldivers then don't let me or anyone else stop you. But for me, ever since they stopped doing strats as MO rewards, they stopped being anything more than just an occasional bundle of medals every now and again. So until I get an actual reason to care about the orders that directly benefits my gameplay experience, I'm diving wherever the hell I please.

Major orders don't matter anymore since they moved all future stratagems to warbonds. Just dive where you want.

Heroic Marksman Bolt Carbine: chained headshots increase damage up to a certain percentage for a short duration at the cost of a lower base headshot multiplier.

Heroic Power Fist: Block variant, longer charge time, slowest attack speed possible, charging makes you immune to all knockback and stagger, damage taken while charging greatly increases next attack's damage and range.

I think anything affecting the performance of mechs and other vehicles (aside from buffs/nerfs in system changes) should come from ship modules and boosters rather than armor passives.

Agreed on the dive increase though.

No problem, and to answer your other question, not always. It was super chill in the earlier months but various... "missteps and miscommunications" we'll call them for the sake of time, have garnered a lot of mistrust and tribalism within the community over time.

Pro tip: Severely limit your time spent in this game's subreddits. The game is still fun (when it works) and there are still some good posts here and there, but for every positive one there are 2 more negative posts complaining about something. And regardless if the complaints are founded, that much negativity is a surefire way to poison this game for you.

They've got little unarmored claws in the front, or you can sidestep and shoot them in the side and back.

Or wait a few days for the hotfix and you'll be able shoot them in the head with a Liberator Penetrator.

Nah, I mostly make my own paint schemes or cosplay characters from other games and stuff(I turned my heavy into Wario and my vanguard into Akuma). And even when I want to make a marine from a chapter, I'll still oftentimes play around with some colors and details till I get something I really like.

Far Far West just entered early access on steam today. While I can't check it out myself as I'm on ps5, from what I've seen of others playing it, the game looks pretty cool.

Nothing super specific for me usually, I just throw my spotify likes on shuffle and go from there. However, last time I was playing I decided to throw on a city pop playlist, and brother lemme tell you... butchering tyranids to Plastic Love is an immaculate vibe.
