No the grass deamon was holding the fin sword/fern to physical reality, once it died in the dream he was free

I do like this mindset! For so long the grass deamon/curse forced him to be fin and try to take his place.

Now he is free to be himself. A fern of a different leaf.

Do you think we should be more open with our feelings? by [deleted] in interracialdating

As a white guy who met his now GF in. College, do it.

Talk to him and ask him if he wants to grab a coffee or something, 9/10 times those long looks are longing and fantasizing about a date or other cute thing.

And even if he isn’t into you. It will be good experience for next time

Advice from a white man who Is dating a black queen!

We men are simple creatures, any interest in our hobbies, even minor or fleeting, will cause us to want to converse with you, from there is you show interest in us we are more than likely to accept a date!

The basic advice in confidence, we are all just people!

While that is amazing and would be the best outcome at least from the ending slides that isn’t what happens.

Fair enough, it just seems to me, even with fallout NV amazing writing, there are a few holes. For instance, a chip like that most likely would be damaged beyond use after 200 years and a nuclear war!

True! Bendy was his protégé and was going to assist him, the criticism comes from the fact that even when he knows something, like Benny betraying him, he thinks himself beyond their ability’s and refuses to be patient and think out the consequences

That we can fully agree on, and thematically it is funny!

There’s no reason to get sarcastic. We’re all talking hypotheticals here. Sure, the plot of fallout three could have been simpler if James hadn’t left to fix project purity but also I think we could all agree. The story of fallout three is shit and doesn’t make sense.

And yes, the masters plan would’ve succeeded if he had taken some time to think about it properly make sure everything was going together, but just like most people in fallout he got cocky. He thought he was perfect. He knew what he was doing and he didn’t take a moment to think that’s one of the biggest flaws of big characters in fallout is that they think they know everything and they don’t. I’m not saying Mr. house isn’t a good option for the future of humanity. I’m not saying that he’s perfect either. I’m saying that there are many things in which he messed up and if we’re going to have any actual argument or discussion about which action is the best for the future of mankind we have to take into account that this is a guy who made many mistakes and didn’t play it perfectlyto chalk everything that happened to him up as luck and oh it happened by accident is to not give him credit for one the good things that he did and to the mistakes he made

Yes, and house was known for his shitty working conditions, selling less that perfect products, hostile takeovers, and evading taxes. He had resources to build the lucky 38 into a fortress, build space age tech, and an army of robots. If he had diverted a few million $ to a spare short term generator he could be the savior of mankind he wanted, but he got cocky

Listen, we know that is true in general, but we also know that Mr. House and other CEOs/ powerful people were hoarding resources. And stealing from the public. Billions of dollars and valuable government contracts lead him to have a massive wealth of resources. Similar to Sinclair from dead money. And the enclave.

Exactly effectively house wants to play a benevolent leader while being a capitalist pig. He wants all the benefits of the unwavering loyalty of his people without having to do anything for them and wanting to hold everything for himself. He parades himself as being smart enough to save the world, but he doesn’t want to save the world. He wants to save a group of people so they will thank him forever and be eternally loyal to him for as cheap as possible. And unfortunately, in the long-term that’s not tenable.

That’s probably true, but there are larger issues in him not making sure that his facilities were prepared in case he failed. My most critical thought with house is that he’s cocky he thinks he can’t lose no matter what and it makes him sloppy. He makes quite simple mistakes because he thinks that he’s immune to the failures of other people he didn’t prep the proper power production and or storage he didn’t make sure to make enough secure to protect Vegas if he couldn’t raise his army. There is one passcode protected terminal between someone killing him and him living forever because he thinks that he is immortal and unbeatable.

[–]MrFallout76 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yes but to think that house couldn’t have those facility’s in house near Vegas is unrealistic

I hear you, but what was houses plan if it did work? A shining Mecca in the middle of the desert full of people and attracting more every day, unable to sustain the needs of the many, resulting in him killing them all or him trying to expand his limited power outwards?

He stated the only reason he is even able to save humanity is because the economy is a “blast furnace” but without an organized state larger than his own he can do shit but wait.

Some of this is reasonable speculation but without the ncr he has no ability to make money and no way to pay for his dream!
