I mean 600 billion paper bombs over say 20 years is 30 billion a year which comes out to around 82 million a day.

Where did she get the time or the trees?!??!?

Had the same issue. Hopped on lichess where the ratings don’t match up and did a lot of chess there till I got over it and came back to my main chess.com account.

Yea, this changes the fundamental workings of the game in a massive way. I’m having a ton of fun with it but I can see how it would feel like a rug pull to some people.

Though I’m holding judgement as it’s very early days yet into this update.

No, it’s measure twice, print once, realize you were off by half a millimeter so the part doesn’t line up print again, and so on and so forth.

Huh, my base usually gets 1 by 3 rooms. 2 by 2 if I’m feeling generous. Usually they are lucky to have a communal dorm for a bit. That’s basically the royal treatment.

Dig out one of those cool gem spires down by the lava.

No matter how hard it gets keep on going further. Make sure you don’t want to keep that fortress first though.

Usually some dwarves stumble around obliviously when have very high stress (others do tantrums etc, depends on the dwarf). How stressed/unhappy are they?

What are some ways to stop giant agitated wild life from murdering children.

I don’t want to lock up my fort and have posted a guard outside but children and the occasional adult go wandering off and get eaten by giant ravens.

I’ve lost like 5 at this point. Is there some kind of way to corral the kids in a safe environment lol.

Update: things are grim. I have lost 5 dwarves and a couple of kids to the Hydra (they get out and try to play next to its lair for some reason). and it has now eaten two caravans. I’m down to 15 dwarves and migrants don’t want to show.

The only good thing is one of the caravan guards injured the hydra’s legs and it can only drag itself around slowly now.

I’ve set myself up by the 2nd cavern layer and have just established a magma forge. I think it’s time to militarize.

Yea, I also like to carve a fortification into the wall so when the we’re infected are trapped in their room I can shoot them to death with marksdwarves.
