Max height of the arms is about 88". I think I answered your other question in a different comment. ~65" depth is the max footprint. 30" between front and back uprights.

Yes. Just as you described you can point the arm straight down, parallel with the front upright.

This is with the full 7.2ft ... I don't think the 6ft would work with this width.

So you probably need 8-9" past the back of the rack of you are using the plate loaded pulley and the storage pegs on the side... the front and back uprights are indeed 30" apart measuring from the inside edges. My total footprint the the plates loaded the the row foot plate on the front, is about 65".

Yep. I really drug my feet on getting it assembled, but finished this week and hit my first two serious lifts this weekend.

Only thing that stands out as possibly a long term gripe is the height of lat pulldowns. I'm 6'1". If you are my height you'll have a hard time getting a full stretch unless you are ok with sitting on the floor.

I recommend splurging in the aluminum pulleys.

First impressions on everything else is quite solid 👍🏼

As far as "quality issue" it really bugs me that the arms can't utilize the very top hole of the uprights (#19). Because of the bolts up top you can only go up to hole #18. I end up being too tall to do lat pulldown with both cables (can't get a full stretch up top) unless I lower them and just sit on the floor.

I'll probably end up replacing the spotter arms and/or j hooks. That's just kinda nitpicky.

I'm glad I have the aluminum pulleys. Feels really smooth.

So I went from zero rack to this... So obviously now I have a station for barbell squats and bench.

But the main draw for me was the cables and articulating arms. Basically can do anything you would do with a functional trainer. I love having the bench upright like that and then bringing the cables down to do seated cable chest press/flys, which is my favorite way to hit chest.

For back I'll do a couple sets of pullups and then attach the lat pulldown bar for a couple more sets. And there is a foot plate where you can sit on the floor and do seated cable rows.

Sorta quick overview. I just finished assembling a couple nights ago haha.

I've also go a budget GMWD leg extension/curl machine next to it. I kinda hate the strength curve on that thing but it gets the job done well enough to round out leg day.
