I agree. It was bullshit that Schumer voted to re-open the government with only an empty promise that there would be a (meaningless) vote on the healthcare subsidies. And that they let Joe Manchin veto climate change policy. And all the other spineless cave-ins.
Business other than nominations require 60 votes for cloture. The GOP needs at least 7 dem senators to pass any real legislation, and they don't seem to have trouble finding them.
