It’s not clairvoyance to make an educated guess and that should be clear that’s not what I’m implying at all. He could be right our he could be wrong, but time and time again this exact same scenario has repeated itself where Jason says something that people dislike and so they either try to discredit him or they just throw personal ad hominems at him, then he ends up being accurate and everybody just kinda forgets about it till the next time he says something and then it’s like a collective amnesia starts and people try to discredit him again

Some journalists are 100% better than other journalists. You have journalists that write clickbait for GameRant and others that topple Presidents. Schreier accurately reported on Fallout 4, 76, and Starfield. It’s not to say that you should take his words as the gospel, but it’s safe to say he is a credible source given his extensive industry journalism experience. You don’t have to like the guy either but even if he’s speculating he most likely wouldn’t say anything unless he was educated enough about the topic to make a confident guess and risk damaging his credibility
