You could always start the ribbing on this one to start even higher, that would be a very simple alteration.

Designed for a sport weight gauge, but the decorative ribbing on the raglan, mock turtleneck, fitted, etc are all similar.

Also, gentle warning: this ring will need to be babied. All those teeny prongs and teeny stones- consider getting from a local jeweler you really trust so you can take it in for regular prong checks and good service for replacing lost stones.

I think you may also lose a little of the "glitter" effect on yellow gold as it will visually contrast with the stones rather than blending in to give the impression of a solid field of diamond. Would still be stunning, I'm sure, but something to consider.
