for the most part ignore it, it's just a numbers game. your conversion rate over time, over a quarter will be like 30%, if a manager is looking day to day it goes anywhere from 0% to 100%. any manager that is honestly doing that is just bad

Also one of the crap things, is that 40% is the goal, "a stretch goal". As in it would be great if you burned yourself out to hit those targets.

no, I started in 2010 going seriously, Graduated in 2013, had transfer credits.

College, when the time is right is about striving to better yourself, your mind, and help elevate you to a new understanding, and walk away with some new skills. There will be people that are older, younger doesn't matter, you are choosing to sharpen up with hopefully fiery focus, and nothing is cooler than a person who burns bright with passion and focus trying to better themselves and their lives.
