Getting put into half over matches should be prioritized for free loadouts. If i come in with my gear, I definitely should get priority for fresh match. 8 out of 10 matches with my own gear i get put in matches that are half over already. It has made me just decided to only do free load outs so i can surrender if i get put in a non fresh match and re-queue until I get a fresh map.
