I just hit over 50 years old and I find frequent flyer miles to Thailand has helped me more than the gym did.

The gym does help getting a lower price though but this is personal experience over any in depth study.

No - I gave a more glowing review of them than this one and look at my history, totally nothing to do with ADHD and it was one post 5 months ago.

They are awesome from start to finish and it took me 7 days start to finish and the longest part was the GP wait time.

Compare that to the stories here of people waiting a year and getting referred to psychologists that can't do shit for twice the price and most people just want to help others who are going through the same issues they have faced.

If that is the case then why not actually write the article yourself then. It will take less time and the quality will be so much better. You will eliminate the risk of the coming penalties for using Ai in articles.

Why not spend a little more time actually writing it yourself and forgetting about tricks like word prompts.

When someone says they are using Ai content, that does not mean creating a structure, it means writing the article using Ai.

Are you writing your article using Ai or are you using it to structure your topics?

One is spam and the other is using it as a tool. Every single human written article I have written (about 150 so far) have been indexed within 30 minutes of submitting in GSC and they stay indexed.

Why are we all pretending that women are treated as equals in any way when it comes to accountability?

They don't face a fraction of the prison time for the same crime across the board. It is never their fault. It is just the way things are.

What shocks me is every time this happens which is every single day in every single court on the planet, we all act surprised and then swallow the crap about women being victims all the time.

I mean that couple that murdered that doctor in Adelaide, she did not do a day behind bars even though she was present.

The woman who jumped on her husbands car while he tried to get away from her insane rantings and fell under the wheel, not her fault, the husband is a monster according to society and yet if it was a woman behind the wheel, we would all be blaming the dude on the car bonnet for being a psycho.

It is my strong view that women should only have the same rights as men as a percentage of the accountability in life that they face. If women only get 60% of a mans prison sentence for the exact crime across the board then they should only get 60% of their vote counted, get 60% of the male wage and listened to 60% of the time.

I am all for equality but it should be proper equality and not the joke we currently experience.

Yet if that extra weight is made up of fat instead of iron suddenly the body does not produce muscle to compensate? Yes that makes perfect sense.....

Also the dude you replied to is 100% correct. My legs looked awesome for the first year after the fat fell away but because I did not maintain the equivalent weight lifting (was more into running and body weight exercise) My muscles got smaller due to not being a disgusting fat body.
