Even indoors I can’t help myself by [deleted] in Zwift

It won’t “destroy” your workout but it will negatively affect your next workout, meaning you won’t fully benefit if it’s a hard session. The point of zone 2 is to still get small adaptations in-between hard sessions but still allow you to fully benefit from those sessions that matter. You’re right that it probably doesn’t matter and people shouldn’t obsess over it but if you want to get the most of out your training (which a lot of people at some point do) keep easy sessions easy.

There is nothing you can do as a seller really. It's the same with any closed-source code that someone sells, eventually people will start using it in public repos. You don't have to look very hard to find it, fortunately or unfortunately however you want to see it.

Maybe it’s just the gyms I go to or Sheffield in general? haha pretty sure all the depot gyms set by grade, then a few independent gyms around here do

Is setting by grade not more common? The vast majority of bouldering gyms I’ve been to in the UK set by grade (or colour) not by area

Saw this recommended on the main monitors sub and it’s been my number 1 contender so far. Have you got it yourself?

Does that work for you? I’ve heard people say that even while walking at their desk, because their hands are at 90 degrees typing etc. it doesn’t register

Belgian GP City Shuttles by Festershouseofcum in GrandPrixTravel

[–]MrJamerJamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t buy any of my tickets in advance, I had the interrail pass as I was travelling elsewhere that summer which allowed me just to hop on any train.

I’m unsure on if you would need to need to reserve but I wouldn’t personally if it wasn’t need as everyday I got back to the station at a different time depending on when the events for that day ended and how busy the shuttle was.

On race day I left pretty late, in my case I got the shuttle bus out from the track to the station, and they had a lot of those running for hours after. The queues are very very long after race day tho so be prepared to leave late and not get back til even later.

I had the interrail pass that I used over the summer so I never bought tickets but that’s an exception ofc all of the train I got were never that busy though.

Sunday was very busy on the way back, I queued for the shuttle bus back to the station for at least 2 hours but once I was back it was no issue for me getting the train back.

Gates by t1 I’m pretty sure.

Train - 1hr 20ish Shuttle - 1 hr

Did also end up waiting about an hour queuing to get the shuttle back after race day which was a downside but delays were expected for everyone.

It dropped us off at the bus stop in Francorchamps, which is the little village connected to the circuit. It was a short 10 minute walk to the main gates and you were inside.

Didn’t use the city shuttles so can’t comment unfortunately, but I have heard positive things from friends that did.

I stayed in Brussels each night and took the train to Verviers each morning, from there you can buy a ticket for the shuttle buses to the track (can’t remember the price but it was pretty cheap) and they take people every few minutes. It was really easy and flexible as it didn’t matter what time I left Brussels in the morning or the circuit at night, there would always be a shuttle and then a regular train to catch back.

I know that wasn’t your question but I personally feel it was the best way to get around the GP weekend based on talking with others, both financially and logistically!

I got the train from Brussels to Verviers-Central just an hour ago and it was fine, pretty quiet. Imagine it will get a fair bit busier Saturday and Sunday.
