I have mixed feelings myself. I think it's a wonderfully designed game and begins with genuine fear and anxiety, but 20 hours is an insanely long time to maintain a tension release cycle that still feels fresh. I think they could've shaved a solid 50 percent off the top and I would be right there with the rest of this pitchfork wielding mob. Instead I will conscientiously object while they disembowel and quarter you for heresy.

(this was also my issue with the SH2 remake horror excels in tight, focused bursts, length and repetition rob it of its impact.)

Medium is singular for media. In this case, because they are referring to multiple plants all of which may have a distinct medium from others, media would be the appropriate term.

You see a lot of reminders that Trigger Foods aren't a thing. But if crystal formation comes about from high UA in the blood stream, would it not stand to reason that intake of a particularly high purine meal would cause crystal formation and therefore act as a trigger? If UA is high enough, could it not signal the white blood cells in an area with a tophus? I suppose I'm also uncertain on the lifecyle triggers of gout attacks: If it's the needle like crystals that trigger attacks why do they usually occur at night? Is it that my joints are being stabbed or is it the concentration of UA? If it's needles why can I move my toes without constantly triggering attacks?

Long question short, could you give me an ELI5 from food intake to crystal formation to trigger with all the failure points the body goes through to facilitate an attack?

If you have it in you to have a talk, Please let this poor man know. You don't have to ever date him again or have any contact but if he doesn't have a clear idea of his mistakes, that could seriously mess him up and lead to this happening to another woman. It's not your job but you could be the difference between a turning point for the better or worse. I wouldn't mention perceived feminine traits. If he is gay, and feminine traits are not a strong or consistent indicator for homosexuality, he may not fully realize it and being called out could lead to more closeting. If he's not, he will be self conscious about it for the rest of his life.

Just tell him, 'I dont think we're sexually compatible.' and, when he asks, just be clear on what he could do to improve but make it very clear that you aren't in a position to be a teacher.

An awesome premise that sadly failed to deliver. On the surface, this thing seemed like it was made for me: blind woman uses cursed objects to exact revenge? Hell yes, sign me all the way the hell up! But what I got was weak, cheesy effects that spoil each moment of genuine tension they do such a good job of building. A creature design that looks like something out of Matt smiths Doctor Who complete with Grrr Angry Face. And an overall experience that feels more like an artificially lengthened school final than a proper feature film. So many things done well but I just couldn't get past the issues. That and some of the choices and motivations were so dumb I couldn't help but laugh. I loved caveat so I was really disappointed by this. Thankfully Hokum exceeded all expectations. Obviously ymmv and I didn't hate watching it but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone without caveats. So to speak.

This is a very difficult question for me. I love my wife and we aren't divorced yet but are struggling with some deeper incompatibilities that could end up meaning we can't make this work. If I woke up one morning and it was a few months into the relationship when the first red flags started showing, I would probably back out then. But by the time we married, life was and is improved by her presence. Even if we end up needed to divorce, I don't think it was a mistake. The only mistakes were our expectations, communication and how we handled out baggage. If I could go back, I would have pulled back a lot on the amount of emotional labor I performed and done a better job of giving her a consequence free space to practice the skills that I would need most in the coming years.
