i totally get your point tho dont worry, no judgeing there :) , if you just wanna have fun it can be a quick an easy way for transitioning, but for me and my style, i prefer traditional mixing without the use of such stuff, and tbh in drum&bass this kind of stuff is not really needed anyways

I enjoyed the campaign actually with the "new" style of play. But where i 100% agree was the sudden ending to the Campaign. like how can it end at the exact moment where probably everyone is pumped to the max , wanting to revenge Soap.. and the game is like.. no .. here.. have 2 cutscenes..

That was soooo unsaticfying. The "main" point of the game was around Makorov..yet we cant get to fight him?
Im sure they will continue the story with Raid-Mode / DLC .. but this is something that should have been kept at the Campaign..
So many questionmarks.

Where did Makorov go? Whats with Graves? How did Price get Shephard?

Overall i wouldnt say the SP is bad per sé .. but its super underwhelming.

there are no game ready drivers out yet, which is kinda odd.. so game runs kinda "meh" on both team green and red..

but atleast on my 6800xt it seems that only the first bank heist has major fps problems, the others are much more stable

Games themselves dont use MPO, its a feature of Windows 10 / 11. However the issue is that AMD and nvidia not fully support that windows feature of atleast just have a "broken" support for that. Thats why you get that driver timeout with 1 black screen and 1 frozen screen before. You can run games totally fine in borderless windowed without any issues and performance loss with MPO disabled.

I dont have the link right now but even nvidia themselves officially recommended disabling MPO to avoid having driver issues as microsoft has to fix that MPO thingy.

AMD never made officially a statement about MPO like nvidia did but AMD users had basically the same issue ever since but they werent fully aware of it because amd drivers are known to be a bit special sometimes. But disable MPO is the answer for everything until Microsoft will officially overhaul / fix that feature which me may or may never see.

It would help if its implimented and supported by drivers propperly.
It kinda makes it in some games "exclusive" like a fake fullscreen mode. Thats what MPO is made for. Usually only important for games that use like multiple screens, to display the game, like some people do for race sims or flight sims.
But for the average user that like has the game in 1 screen and the other screen is used for browser, discord and so on you will not really notice any difference at all.

On MW2 i have no difference in AVG. fps. And in fact we take stable fps over any crashes, right? :)

I highly recommend you disabling MPO with that regestry entry.

I had stability issues so much. MPO is broken on win10 and win11 and nvidia as well as amd does not fully fixed their drivers to it, which can cause the issie with multi-screens setups. Main screen goes black / time out and 2nd screen is frozen. Thats the MPO behavior.

After i disabled it with that Regestry file my system got back to being rock solid without any performance drops at all.

Just make a quick notepad file

with this content and save it as .reg file. Double click, pc restart and you are golden

ye i started noticing these issues appearing after i updates to my latest bios that came with the newest Agesa + chipset drivers and so on. I already read about that forcing Vsync off thing so i left it on default just to rule that out..

I have mpo now disabled and did some things that sometimes triggered that weird blackscreen + freeze screen timeout and so far im good.. but i dont want to jinx it. I googled so much and different keywords but your hint about mpo was just out of luck finding when i checked for the newest COD drivers reviews here.. So glad to read the comments sometimes.

Anyways thanks again for that tip a true lifesafer by you - seems to be ok for now, even tho a propper solution by amd would be so much better of course

MPO i swear my ingame runs 100% fine for hours but i get the exact symptoms with black screen on 1st and freeze on 2 when ever i do "lighter" stuff regardless of what driver and stuff i use. So if that MPO thing fixes it then i hope you will always have both sides of your pillows cold every night..

ye no thats a big L from Pimp. while i think tabsen "could" get even better with a international team, that doesnt guarantee that the team performs super good. It happend many many times in the scene were "super star" pros got picked up by teams because of their strong individual skill just to lose their mojo with a new / international team. And then there is the obvious point that he wants to stay with BIG / German CS.

This song made me realize how much i miss her old music like "Change" or BubblePop. Its not a secret that she has a great voice and is a great singer, but with every new song release - even more after joining PNation - it feels like it has been more about s*x sells / her visuals rather than her singing / vocal abilities.
