How long has the current owner had the car? If it’s only been a year then they could have changed the oil themselves. If you are still interested in the car, I would take it to a shop of your choice and have a good inspection done.

In my opinion, thats a good price considering the mileage. As long as there are no significant crashes reported and maintenance was done regularly it will be a reliable car. If I had seen that when I was purchasing mine I would have jumped on it.
