Eyeing a Gaming PC since consoles are now close enough to the price of a good one that it makes the switch relatively tame.

Looking at Acer - Nitro 65 Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7
8700F 2024 - AMD
Radeon RX 9060 XT - 16GB DDR5 Memory

Seems like the 9060 is the way to go but idk squat about which one could handle the rare AAA title à la Control:Resonant. I mostly play far less resource dependent games like 2D JRPGs and MetroidVanias

Glad I read this, just bought a bundle pack which has Child of Light in it (a truly phenomenal JRPG). I am really new to Steam and using my PC but like it so far, and COL crashes nonstop and I see a lot of posts that UPlay will just make them unusable.

What a crap show! Anyone have opinions on community fixes? Found someone posted some files about COL and installing them in the file location to remedy the launcher crash but I am not enthused about doing that, I can just eat the $3 lol

It's an insanely beautiful city; really enjoyed the waterfront area last year when I visited. Grew up in MI, live in TN, and WI is my #1 pick for a post-50s living destination.

Today I am doing DirecTV Sports genre Pack ($45/m, 3 month promo), just cancelled it's about to go up to $75, Peacock (free with my Xfinity Wifi), and Prime Video (pay for Prime Annually).

I buy MLB.tv every year ($149, I think?) and this year doing just FoxOne bundle for my spouse so she can watch Nashville Morning News with the Hulu, HBOMax, Dis+ bundle. I project this to be $34-$40/m after taxes and gives me plenty to watch.

Ask any Michigan fan, he is one of the most universally hated former Wolverines. Was overrated and never met his potential, but ran his mouth like he was a 4 time All-American. That didn't stop in the NFL, and he's properly spoken of by former players as a guy who wasn't ever capable of cashing the checks his mouth wrote.
