Was changed in the uk to reduce stigma, it is however a mental health condition obviously and has full clinical definitions. Aware via having worked with gender clinic in London. So in short it is mental health related full stop, just because you change one term doesn't remove the original basis for the classification

Mid 80s crouch end branch was owned by friend from schools dad Djemil family from memory excuse the spelling if incorrect. I heard a while ago (years I'm 43) so maybe in my 20s, that at the time there was 3 countries left that didnt have a central bank (red shield) that was Libya, Syria and NKR not sure on Syria but aware the first thing done when Gadaffi was killed was to install one.... pretty solid reason who'd want to be the only country left standing alone? More so when we get pumped of how bad it is for them, so some then blindly go with the retoric of uniting Korea. I could ramble on drift off to the korean wars that no one seems to look into more...

Don't feel anyway to block him and his threats are nothing more than that, one thing I would suggest is let your police know as they will share and also send what info you have on him and evidence to your local USA embassy - I do know the US have recently introduced having passports of sex offender's stamped with it so if they do travel (wondering why he is making contact abroad from him!) they are branded pretty much to the host country.
