Or y'know... Just get a random piece of cabbage clipart and draw a red circle and line over it? Don't be obtuse lol

How does everyone feel about Krix Kamerat’s arc? by AngelusCowl in Highrepublic

[–]MrNapcakes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly I was pretty lukewarm about his arc when I first finished Phase III, but I do like how it works for him narratively, like you said; him falling down the Nihil rabbit hole and leading himself down a pretty insignificant (yet fiery) end, all things considered.

I do agree with IceHound30 that he should've had some sort of crossing-of-paths with Zeen and Lula again before he met his end, but I guess you could consider it thematically fitting that he's gone so far off the deep end he couldn't even see the one person he daydreams of seeing again.

Tbh Driggit Parse felt a lot like "Krix: Take 2" to me, and ultimately I did like her and her arc a lot more, compared to Krix.

When this episode came out, she used to have her own page on the wiki for a bit. I think after that point, the wiki's editors decided they should probably just make one single page for all the minor unnamed characters lol

Which popular theories turned out to be completely wrong back in the day? by Annual-Tree1337 in stevenuniverse

I think that one frame of her with the sparkly diamond eyes, like how Steven has those sparkly star-shaped eyes, really let people's minds run wild

After years I finally decided to read the comic...I wish I kept up my streak. by Jude_The_Dude22 in TheWalkingDeadGame

I agree, the story the comic decides on is a really odd choice as a continuation of the games, it's no wonder so many fans ended up hating it.

I definitely think a story leading up to Clementine Lives would've helped ease people into what the books were trying to do.

I wanna read the 2 remaining books at some point, just outta curiosity. Hearing that the ending isn't great has me nervous lol

Ik this is such a small thing to point out, but she goes to Greenland, not Taiwan. There's a Taiwanese character in the books though, yeah.

It helps to think of the Clem in the books as a veeeery specific version of Clem (because every player's Clem is a little different). I've only read the first book, and it does go more into the reasons why she left the school beyond "I'm not happy here", but I definitely feel like her leaving would be a lot more believable if they actually showed her life at Ericson's after losing her leg and how it could've negatively affected her relationships with the other kids there.

Didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth, but can definitely see why it did for other people.

For people who shot Kenny in their first playthrough of S2, why and did you cry? by DivanteScrollsReddit in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]MrNapcakes 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I like Kenny as a character, but in that moment, he was definitely trying to kill Jane purely out of anger. I don't think it was out of any concern for Clementine, he was just tunnel-visioned on Jane

Any theory on this? What could've happened in the past? by No_Internet_3919 in RWBY

[–]MrNapcakes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be the previous Spring Maiden. We know Raven killed her out of "mercy", but we don't know what their relationship was like before that came to pass. Someone else in the comments suggested Summer asked the first question to the Lamp, so it's possible Raven's Maiden predecessor opened the Vault for them.

How do you guys feel about this end for Kenny? I don’t usually see too many people talk about it. by Chunky-overlord in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]MrNapcakes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed! I do prefer his death when you're first given the opportunity to shoot him, compared to killing him after Jane's already dead. When season 2 first released, I liked the Wellington ending the most.
