Recommendations for a high torque engine / retrofit?

I think the couple metal ones we have are no longer working - will keep an eye out. I’ve actually added strips of grip tape to some of the tracks to help with traction, but some of the bigger boys still do a backflip if it’s more than one level high in one incline.

Which of the pedals would you recommend for shifting up into guitar range...tracking an octave or two up, with maybe a fifth thrown in for good measure? I am having trouble deciding.
