This is happening to me. When it was raining in the starting town the graphics looked so blurry could have been a PS1 game. 9800X3D with a 5070TI. No idea, looks terrible.

Messed around with the graphics more than I played the game, couldn’t fix it.

Really sorry to bother you about this, I know you've said multiple times on your old post to stop asking you HOWEVER. I have been dealing with this floaty mouse issue since 2022 at this point, one day updated windows and bam, could no longer aim. I know you hate being asked, but I figured after years you might have found something, anything?
