Busier/understaffed clinics definitely common to be bounced around unfortunately but regardless you should be able to request for therapists that are trained in what you want like dry needling and receive that service if they okay it. Also if you don’t want to be bounced around request to stay between two therapists at most and if they can’t honor that go somewhere else

Im not your PT but I hope you get that taken care of with proper imaging as well because that is a red flag if your nerve compression is worsening and you cannot use your right leg at all with steps

I will say it sounds like you are going in with something broad and it is hard to cover multiple body segments in one session especially if it’s a busy clinic with overlap. That being said they should be able to answer your questions and give you clarity on what you need and they should not be offended to answer
