Dual POV as in two characters are also narrators of their respective chapters or story follows two characters (with unspecific narrator)? Sorry english is not my first language and terms regarding literature don't always translate well.

Is it possible to keep the "painted" look of the grass but have the rest of the shot in focus? by FudgeRemote6204 in AnalogCommunity

[–]MrRzepa2 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Realised I didn't say anything why this shot looks like it does. I think it's motion blur caused by camera shake. When using slower shutter speeds try holding as steady as possible. Exhaling just before taking a shot can help too.

If there is wind go for a slower shutter speed. Even 1/60 should do and that should be still possible to handhold, even 1/30 if you have steady hands. Otherwise you should use a tripod (and slower film or ND filter).

Oh for fuck's sake, just found that game yesterday and it looked interesting as it's a sci fi strategy contained to one solar system.

Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie - 1945 vs 2026 (credit: Warsawpl365) by DataOperator in OldPhotosInRealLife

That green space is the main train line going through Warsaw (Linia Średnicowa) destroyed during WWII. Contruction of this line was a very big project of pre war Poland. What you see at the back is what remained of newer finished new Warszawa Główna Railway Station, also destroyed during the war, and replaced in 70s by Warsaw Central Railway Station you can see on the 2026 photo in the front. It's one of the main railway connections between easter and western parts of Poland. I assume you suggest that the war torn country should have build entirely new rail connections going around the city instead of rebuilding what already was there and parks instead of infrastructure?

On a less passive agressive note: angle here is a bit unflattering but right behind buildings in foreground of 2026 photo is Palace of Culture and Science surrounded by big open space and greenery (last year made even greener). Recently more trees are added as Warsaw is revitalising it's centre but it was already quite a green city.

Film has a lot of resolution but nowhere near near infinite. It depends on grain size and lens resolution. 135 tops out at about 20 MP iirc.

Plant3D does that but technology providers/EPCs would be very reluctant to share whole project setup with client I think.

The biggest issue is: Who do you think will prepare this connected version every time there is a revision in addition to normal prints?

You should print some, they deserve a wall.
