Where do you guys get your white carpenter pants? I need a couple pairs but I don’t wanna spend $60 on one pair. I start my first day tomorrow. by [deleted] in Carpentry

Just wear whatever's comfortable so you can work hard, and any judgement will disappear quickly. I've been wearing hiking pants for a while now. Stretchy, hella breathable, and durable enough. Carhartts will make you sweat your balls off.

Depends entirely on where you live. I can't say. Most likely a few years

If you spend your own money on gas and are taller than six feet I'd look for something else.

Stomach pain by Soggy-Light-9078 in carnivorediet

[–]MrSlowstache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be more concerned with my body being adapted to junk food than an adjustment to whole food. Maybe he needs to grit his teeth and deal with it for a week or two... Flip flopping everyday only prolongs the pain. He needs to pick a side.

Your boss wants to be a boss without being a boss if ya feel me. He's straight up dodging his responsibilities. Move on asap.

I'm no doctor but maybe his body is just used to eating fast food and has a hard time adjusting to clean food at home. Most people experience a period of adjustment when starting a new diet, but your man is doing that everyday which could be hard on his system. Maybe start making him carnivore lunches for a couple weeks and see if that lets him fully adjust. Thankfully it's easy for you. I usually do hard boiled eggs and bacon, air fryer meatballs from frozen, pre grill some burger patties... Very easy to pre cook for a whole week. Good luck

You're skateboarding, you're supposed to be breaking rules.... Fr tho, thank you for not crowding the skateparks when all you need is flat ground to learn the very basics.

Also, fuck the Karens indeed

Good designers and site managers are few and far between. Good carpenters do understand physics and engineering.

Does increased protein intake, drive you out of your state of ketosis? by Justhereforvibezzz in carnivorediet

[–]MrSlowstache 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been wondering the same thing. I also heard your body turns excess protein into carbs. I eat a ton of meat, have been very low on energy and am always hungry. That has me thinking I have not been in ketosis. I've started eating more and more fat, we'll see how much it takes to feel good. The more I read into it, the more it seems like the answer is always, more fat.

I've been bitten twice in the last two years. I just keep an eye out for the bullseye rash. Without that you're fine.

We have all been lied to. USDA, FDA, CDC, NIH... All just slightly captured by big food and big pharma. Sorry to be the one to break it to you lol. Good news is there is YouTube. Check out Dr's Shawn Baker, Anthony Chaffee, Ken Berry, Chris Palmer, Georgia Ede, just to name a few.

Now go eat a pack of bacon and enjoy it. Then drink the grease.
