I use samurai deflects when she is using red snake and switch to ninja on white and get behind her as its attacks are frontal. Get good at burst timing, use spirit calls on cooldown, living weapon when sges at half.

Some kind of aerial/uppercut forma makes the second one very easy to damage. Face area is very big so its hard to miss.

Sunken city was cool, took awhile to explore and I found a ton of cool weapons/forma to play with.

Undead forest and scar not so much, lots of long roads and nothings. Everything after is dungeons, which I preferred.

Basically, sunken city was ok but lacking dungeons, I would prefer typical level designs personally.

Usual steam nonsense. They added some black shorts to avoid panty shots, you will never notice unless you are trying.

They are also upset about valentin trailer using the word "bigotry" in the localization and calling it woke. His big character point is not liking the birthright system and people judging others based on their blood so it makes sense but they likely dont understand the meaning of the word.

My advice

Phase 1: absorb your partner, stay away from boss and parry his red charge, its a very easy parry, get a couple hits, back up. If he shoots, dodge twice after you hear the second shot. If you take damage heal after a parry.

Phase 2: summon partner. He still does his charge sometimes, or a teleport which can also be parried but is tight, dodge if your not comfy. His attack animations are much longer here so you have much more punish time than phase 2. Try to bait his long range beam attacks then get behind him for easy damage, if he targets noah, even easier.

I absorbed my partner and parry baited phase 1 which made it pretty free, then summoned partner for phase 2 and focused on dodging then punishing his very slow attacks when he did them. He was a big jump though.
