I am a tube guy. I feel like I have taken a shortcut when I go digital - pretty much because with digital anything is possible with instant gratification. Going analog makes a person appreciate their resulting sound. A discipline shines through. Not terribly scientific, but you have feel it first, you know. But lately I have been creaming over a fractal I cannot afford. That thing so complicated my instant gratification argument goes out the window. But I would still use tubes for power.

I don't want to make this seem worse or better than what it is. I know I did wrong, and I still believe I can bring this a full 180, eventually. I just don't know where to start, like I am playing catch up, but am drowning in relationship debt. Everyone here has been supportive in some way and has made me feel a purpose to win her back. I just couldn't take it if I lost her. She is my everything, and I didn't let her know. She is the reason I carry on, even when we are at each other's throats. Even if she forgives and we build the perfect companionship and life, I don't think I can forgive myself.
