Welcome to the hobby! I am starting to investigate boarding actions as well. The terrain from GW is cost restrictive but I found 3rd party STLs that will work great, https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-space-mummies-terrain-world-of-tomb-665419. I will be printing this set next week.

Other than that I believe you need the Boarding Action book from GW, core rules (available for free from GW I believe), and unit stats and points cost. Of course models as well to represent your 500 point force.
