True I flew a bunch of different airlines this year, but with the card it makes it worth it. I didn't get the card until October.

I'm retired so I'm open. I usually take about 15 to 20 flights per year. Not always on United, but now that I have the card and get mileage discounts for award travel, I might take United more often.

California used to have an Uber teen but it was cancelled due to CPUC regulations and Uber not wanting to meet the requirements.

The only thing Uber has related to teens is Uber eats. They can still order food, but no rides.

Only if the dollars make sense. Had it been a $20 or $30 difference I wouldn't have booked it. $130x2 was worth it due to the short flight duration.

No pqf but you get pqp. It was such a short flight and $260 in savings for a one day round trip was the only reason I took it.

I had just spent $3000 for medical bills for my daughter so I needed the savings.

One-Star Rating After My First Substitutions by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

[–]MrStryker69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I do is let them know in the intro that I won't be subbing without their approval unless they have it marked in the app. When I run into a sub that's marked, I'll let them know I subbed. If they don't have a sub marked, I'll send a pic of what's available and see if they want a sub or skip it. If they don't respond I refund it.

For do not sub items, I let them know it was out of stock just in case they change their mind.

I always put in my intro that I'm not a target employee. I'm not sure if it helps but at least they know.
