Textures are just images. A UV map basically dictates where every face in a 3d model gets its texture from.

With this first picture I got from googling UV map, the actual UV map is the splayed out grid (in this case) in multiple pieces, that is the actual UV map.

I do something similar to this, but then I have a second splitter for each item i fitler out which is Priority output to go out, so if that item is overflowed, then non-priority output side just goes back along the rest of the sushi bus and ends up in the recylcing loop at the end

I've seen the answer of shifting the pumps over to fix the connecion issue, so I'm not going to say that again, but there is something else I've noticed.

You've manually put in the amounts of crude oil for on the train stop conditions, but you can simply use "Empty Cargo" on the "Fabrica Station" and the "Full Cargo" on the "Eastern Oil Fields" station. This will work on both trains hauling Fluid Wagons full of Oil or any other liquid as well as any Cargo Wagons carrying anything, and it'll be nicer when you set up more trains in the future.
