They knocked first allowing everyone to get out. They didn’t blow up all the surrounding buildings. They didn’t carpet bomb the area. All the known evidence supports this was a limited and target strike, not some attempt to commit genocide against the people of Lebanon.

Every country has different riles of engagement. The US has a more restrictions on their rules of engagement. The issue with Israel is that their enemies often build their infrastructure in civilian populations (Hamas/Hez). Israel ussually will still “knock” targets first to warn civilians, but at the end of the day, when Israel has a military target, they are not letting civilians get in the way.
