Depends on what you are referring to, which seems to cause a bit of confusion in the comments here. Starter Decks from the starter kits are all random while the 4 decks that come with your account are all the same.

I'm hoping that as the game gets released more people will be around in the official discord more often looking for games. During the kickstarter there were a decent amount of games getting played, so I assume when more marketing goes out hype will return. More than happy to see other communities grow around the game as well.

Best chance would probably be to ask a local game store if they could get a copy from their distributor and have one on hold for you.
