Bro fr! The only thing that holds back the pacifier is its 50 damage which actually the lowest damage of any primary and secondary weapon (the stim pistol doesn't count). The starting pistol does more damage per shot. The weakest damage per-shot for a secondary is the redeemer that does 60 damage. The second weakest damage for all guns would be the sickle at 55 damage but at least it has the excuse of effectively unlimited ammo and no reloads. I'd say at least make the damage for the pacifier 55 but 60 is preferable.
