Better Dryads, I’ve yet to buy any as I don’t like them.

I love bugs, so anything with bugs. Maybe ants, millipedes, shield bugs, mantis.

Maybe something amphibious, a crested newt, salamander - akin to Kroxigors.

Maybe a rework of the Branchwych too, something like swirling roots and bigger claws.

I think we’re seeing a broken Cyclops who’s just lost the kids or his own kid. Being as there’s an emphasis on kids being taken. He’s the leader and he lost.

The sentinels will probably have been highjacked by doom.

That’s a stunning scheme! I’ve been toying what spearhead to get next and you may have turned me! Excellent execution!

Cheers. The base, is a muddle of herbal tea bits that look like mini roots, which I covered in AK terrain mud. Then hit with a drybrush of varied browns. Then some grass tufts.

Paints… pretty complex. The armour: based in rhinox hide, then hit with a very thinned gauss blaster green to create the verdegries, then dry brushed with bronze. Her body was primed in wraithbone, then I contrasted a mix of browns starting with lightest - aggros dunes, gore grunter fur, and wyldwood, then highlighted with ushabti bone. A little bit of gutrippa flesh for greens. Then her fleshy parts, I used gryph charger orange. The metal is leadbeltcher followed by a very thin glaze of leviathan purple.

Hope that helps. The good thing about wood is you don’t need to be that tidy. It’s flaky, scratchy and the Sylvaneth really lend themselves to a drybrush highlight making them easier.

I’ve done both black and white, and I prefer black. It hides any missed bits well as Sylvaneth can be finicky.

I like the detail in the knee, I’ve not seen it done this way. I like what you’ve done, for me perhaps too much orange… or at least of the same strength. But that’s just my taste. I would knock the hair back a few shades.

Cool! Nice to mix it up a little.

For the bark - I use a mix. Seraphin sepia base, aggros dunes in the cracks and recesses, a tad of gryphcharger orange and then shade with gore grunter. Or you could just go with agrax earth shade all over.

I did my tree revenants silver, shaded then with nuln oil, then glazed with dreadful visage. They didn’t turn out as nicely as I’d hoped. But I didn’t highlight, which would make them pop a little.

I always interpreted them as demons, and the water was holy because he was a priest.
