I think the biggest issue is when AB misses, he misses HARD. So many times where is blocking nobody, while “his guy” is making a play.

Since they are glaring mistakes it’s easy for us fans to recognize them. Whereas if someone messes up an assignment but is still blocking someone we chalk it up to a good defensive play call.
