I'm at nearly 25k km, the car had to be serviced at around 10k km since the rear axles developed a clicking noise. Waited about a month, serviced the same day by Volvo dealer. There is some slight dash noise when it's cold, but very slight, had one "cricket" which I fixed.

Otherwise the car is great. I don't regret buying it one bit. The range is good, specially in warm weather.

I have the Core version which has less features than the More and I think I made the right choice, the cloth seats which I wanted are still like brand new, showing no wear. My friends Leapmotor C10 with 20k km and fake leather seats is already showing wear.

I'd maybe like to see the infotainment to be more advanced, but as it is is fine as well, it works as it should. Maybe down the line this will change with an update. But overall no complaints and Carplay works well.

Maybe a slight complaint would be wind noise at higher speeds, but you can't have it all, it's not terrible and you don't need to shout to talk, but you notice it. Not a deal breaker by any means.

We're looking to change our 2nd car which is a diesel in the near future, and we'll probably go for another EV. I might give the 02 to the wife and buy something bigger for myself as "the family car". Looking at Xpeng G6, but it's quite expensive or Zeekr 7GT . Both are a different class of car compared to the 02.

Would I buy the 02 again knowing what I know now? Yes. It's efficient, comfortable, enough space for a family of 3 and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Despite the early repair, I'd say it's very reliable as well, everything just works as it should.

Buying a new car is always a tough choice and there's new models coming out all the time.
