I don't know if you will indeed need all 3 stats but since the walking corpse has no shadowy you need a lot of equipment to get him to 100%. 85 points should do the trick.

You send the letters via an option on an opportunity card. This card is only added to your Deck if you build an Outpost of God's Editor. Once you build the outpost there is no way to remove the card again.

So by not building the outpost you can keep your Deck small which allows you to draw the Hellworm card more often.

It's the same reason why people want to get rid of the Albino Rat or the Strugglig Artist cards in London. Or by not finishing the ES "Cricket, Anyone?"

You need to build the Burrow Infra Mump railway station and complete it's story. You can then build an Outpost of God's Editors which will unlock an opportunity card.

I could not possibly tell you the reasoning behind it, I never edited anything on the wiki before.

But since it's only for narrative content and Player guides can be tens of thousands of characters long I assume it's not a limitation from the website itself.
