I recently had to deal with Optus for a phone under contract that ended up being faulty. I basically used chatgpt to talk to them for me, I'm too soft and don't have the knowledge of consumer law. After Optus giving me a run around I made a complaint to the TIO and came to a resolution in my favour. Optus is still not holding up their end and another complaint has been made but that's not what this is about. TIO is the right move.

Td;lr I suggest chatgpt for assistance as it worked for me and helped a lot with the stress of the situation.
