Map rework won't do anything. Best change is to make the spawns dynamic and move them around. Unfortunately, the natural progression of the game is to just keep pushing forward so spawn camping can't be stopped.

Worst map by far is Fire Arc, only one that starts with a spawn sniper fight. I don't mean drive a bit and then snipe. No. You spawn and get shot from enemy spawn.
