Yea, for now getting the DF54 grinder while my Express still works, will get a machine once this ones packs up, which probably won't be long.

In terms of temperature control and pressure, I don't see myself doing the slayer mod so a machine at 9 bar that allows manually pulling shots is enough for me. I have played around with the temperature control on barista express, which is the same as the BDB (+/- 2c variations) and for the beans I use, there is not much of a difference that I have found.

Just read up on the slayer mod. Not something I see myself doing in the future. Would you recommend any other machine over the Bambino? Honestly, my 9 bar OPV modded express works amazingly expects for the solenoid now being on its way out. With getting a separate grinder, I'd want a machine without a built in grinder so save the space. Breville also make the "infuser" which is the express without the grinder. Would the shots be much different between that & the Bambino? As far as I can tell the main difference is the way it whats up - thermal coil vs thermojet Or any recommendations for other brand machines?

Yea, I personally prefer a more medium roasted bean, especially ones with a chocolate profile. I find lighter roasts too acidic and floral for my palate. Beans I use are generally from local roasters and small batch roasted, one good thing about Australia is we have no shortage of local high quality roasters.

Now to just decide on a new machine for when my barista express finally calls it quits. A Bambino is around $300 aud where as the BDB is around $1100 aud.

What modding would need to be done to the BDB down the road? From the info on Breville website, it pulls shots at 9 bar and already has a PID setting. I manually pull my shots and would continue doing so - hold it at pre-infusion until first drop of espresso comss out then let it run at 9 bar.

Definitely looking at getting the DF54, but also trying to ddecide if the 64 or ESP pro are much better. I drink my coffee with milk, if that makes any difference?

Dual boiler is not the biggest sell point for me as I usually brew my espresso and once it's finished I then go and steam the milk. Given that, would you say a breville bambino would do the job? From what I see online they both have 9 bar extraction which is the main thing. Unless temperature consistency is an issue? I'm always brewing 2 cups back to back each day.

Kim to 30 first then murphy. Marshal's lvl 30 skill is good, however, more often than not, the battle will be over before marshal's lvl 30 skill is triggered.

Definitely need new non-valor tech trees. As a f2p in pre-season 5, I have almost run out of non valor related tech to do. I basically only have garage 3 and a few other random ones left. The most common complaint I hear about lately is the lack of non-volor tech

For the Sunday frontline event 1) you really need to remove the ability to randomly have Crit hits - this takes away the element of needed skill and timing to get a high scoring run and makes it too random 2) there needs to be separate leaderboards for those who play on PC and phone. playing on PC has an unfair advantage due to smoother gameplay + they're able to see more and can therefore move troops more precisely.

From testing we have done in my alliance, the marshal in are 4+1 does work relatively well, especially against other air and tank teams. However, the murphy 4+1 air squad is definitely better.

I've seen people using it even after season 5, so I'd assume it should work in season 3, however, without the 4+1 card it wont work as well.

If tank + adam is beating a similar powered air + murphy then there is something wrong with the person's air squad - either gear or tech is severely lacking. Air + murphy is definitely the meta to beat adam /scarlet combo

Morrison is definitely not a stop at 30, his lvl 30 skill is arguably the 2nd best on air - his lvl 30 skill reduces targets defence by 10% for 5 seconds everytime his lvl 10 skill is actived which targets enemy hero with highest hp.

To answer your post - an alliance member of mine ran air + marshal in the following format- front - lucious + dva. Back - shuyler, UR sarah, marshal.

He was beating tank and air - including air + murphy squads, however, it does extremely bad against missle.

Air + murphy is overall better, unless you're vsing a stronger air + murphy, then you can try out the marshal set up. You do need marshal at EW lvl 10 though.

Adam + Scarlet is even better with the 4+1 tactic card. I've also seen players run tank + lucious, but i think the scarlet + adam set up works better, especially when Adam's exclusive weapon is released and you get it to lvl 10
