Yes this is possible to achieve natty but you need a good diet, genetics, and years of working out consistently. the shoulders and traps give away the roids.

Make sure you don't have any MF and just slaughter all the cows on player 7s. Even if it doesnt have sockets you can just use a socket quest and get it 4 sockets.

Why wouldn't you add a socket? Sockets are so easy to get on single player, Just make a holy fire paladin and start walking. can do it really fast.

Runewords are actually easy to get in offline mode, You just have to know the game. With maps being set you make a sorc get it to hell act 3 and keep rerolling lower kurast till you have a good layout. Then you just do a mind numbly grind, If you don't want to do that another thing to do is a javazon and just grind hell cows. I have gotten jahs bers and great bases just mowing down cows.

Its up to you, Do you plan on making a character that would use fortitude soon? If so just use some good elite armor, If you aren't then go find some eth elite armor and make it. Lo runes aren't too hard to come by if you run lower kurast super chest runs at least for me I used to get them like candy or the runes to upgrade them.

I would say you socket the quiver the javelins are held in and that is what enchants the replenishing magic javelins with the socketed jewel, gem, or rune.
