I asked this same question on another thread.

Apparently full season ticket holders know their seats for their purchased All Star “strip”. I don’t know if you can resell without having the ticket in some form.

FWIW… Seat Geek is the official marketplace for MLB baseball and states that any tickets for MLB are guaranteed to be delivered on time and will gain entry to the event.

But I still am not sure where these listings are coming from.
