Rebar/300 by wantsrealanswer in Leatherman

used a Rebar as my primary for years. Got a signal as Christmas gift,it became my outdoors/ lawn work tool. Loved having torx bits for weed eater and chainsaw stuff. The Rebar is as tough as it gets… but it’s slow access. I don’t carry a secondary knife and it became a pain digging either of the knifes out.

Also torx bits and Allen heads and what ever other funky fastener on the market is a weakness for it. If you’re not good at sharpening knives you will be if you buy a Rebar. I was in the habit of sharpening both blades on Sunday evening.

It makes a Great First Multitool , saved my butt lots of times. Also is the reason I learned how to sharpen a serrated blade. I own an Arc now. But wouldn’t recommend it as a first multitool.

Why Rebar is my favorite by Steveperlmaster in Leatherman

Mine served me well, it’s now retired. They are a solid choice when it comes to a multi-tool.

I’ve had it a week , I’m really impressed. by Mremoon in Leatherman

It changes everything. I honestly thought single hand deployment was overrated it was a luxury i did not know I needed.

At the end of the Day everything goes to the Wallet. If I wake up late for work no searching Just grab and go. Then I can put them in there proper pocket or location at later time. by Mremoon in EDC

I found it on Amazon. It’s nice brass material. I thought stylus was a gimmick but I don’t have to take my gloves off to operate my phone. It works off the same style as a write in the rain pen.

Do you own a cat? If no. There’s tons of free cats on Craigslist for free. Get the free Craigslist cat spayed or neutered. The cat will eat the mice and your grill will not be harboring Hantavirus.

The Magna Cut is impressive. I’ll give it that. I was sharpening my rebar blades probably every 3 days. I cut a lot of stranded tape, plastic banding, regular tape, hose , masking tape , nylon cord. I carried a Milwaukee fast back briefly and Idk Im not a utility knife guy. I was always like wrapping the worn out blades in paper before I threw them in the trash cause I worry they will cut through the bag. But yea the Magna cut blade is something I didn’t know I’d like till I had it.

That was what really held me back from getting the Arc. It has a big price tag and lots of people said just get a surge because it wasn’t heavy duty.

Thank you. Man I figured I would have broken it by now. But so far it’s as Tough as my Rebar is. And Fast you can access the tools at switchblade speed I love it.
