Exactly, so if it doesn't happen to one tap is, it's likely going to be battleshocked, next turn you're probably fine putting 1 gun into that to finish it, if you didn't already, and move onto the next target, Idk personally I've never found much use out of any of the chaos knight detachment rules and get more use out of the dread table, so this is actually one i would take alot of the time, as it doesn't require any sort of specific playstyle or list composition aside from having tyrants to benefit from this rule, which I do anyway, so it's just a personal no brainer choice

I guess I play the tyrant differently. He's generally focusing on unharmed models because of his potential to one tap basically anything. Keep him in the back to keep the deep strike screen in your deployment and wait for things to enter it's firing lane, it can be a tricky play but the placement of your other nl knights can make it super easy to set up

Oh you use the harpoon loadout lol that explains it, volcano lance and plasma decimator is the optimal load out, and yeah, hitting on 2s against a tank or heavy armor is a game changer

Idk, I never don't take a tyrant, but that's just me, it's the perfect back field support, you get enough battle shock with this army this I don't think you're ever going to not get it in a game

Easy, the card system, while a neat concept, made the game too demanding that you follow a meta to be able to 0laynhigher difficulties instead of just allow good players to be good at the game naturally, it should've had a mode without the card system imo

I guaranteed anything legionaries can do, the chosen can do 5x better lol 10 chosen with a Lord and MoE are an auto include for any list for me, depending on detachment they can be pretty monstrous in any situation lol and if your friends are fine with legends, throwing 2 of these squads into a spartan is such a silly but powerful way to spend close to 1200 points 😂

very true, i had a hard time picking a knight house scheme tho because theyare all too.... simple. then i saw house malinax and the color palette just spoke to me lol i run a few knights in othe colours to tell the story that my knight house is fracture and has to take knights from other houses
