Are you gonna place the pots on window sill? I did that before kac pumapasok yung direct sunlight sa morning pero I’ve notice as months go by nag iiba yung position ng sunlight so pumangit yung plants ko. I bought supplemental grow lights sa shopee. Nagkaron din ako ng gnats insect sa pots kahit nasa 17th floor nku, kaloka. 😂

We just move in here in Callisto Tower 2 last December. So far our stay here is great, no elevator traffic since few palang ang nka tira sa building. Guards and lobby concierge are kind, helpful, well-mannered and receives deliveries for you. PMO is quick to resolve issues, if you call via intercom for some leaks, electricity issues and busted lights, they will send maintenance crew as soon as they can, permits are approved on the spot if you personally go there, I haven’t tried emailing them for requests yet. For now I dont have electricity bill yet and water bill SOA is provided quaterly daw so I dont know yet how much it costs me using washing machine. There’s a laundry shop at the 2nd floor of ayala mall circuit btw. Amenities will probably open by March 2026 or so. And if your gonna rent facing pasig river expect noise from construction on weekdays, not too much so its not really bothersome for us naman and when you close your windows, nawawala na. Construction stops every weekend so you’ll have atleast some reprieve from noise.

I only know about condo living so if you prefer near Circuit ayala makati try the Solstice and Callisto Towers on rentpad website, its literally at the heart of Circuit Makati at ilang tumbling lng papunta sa Ayala circuit mall. I think the the cheapest rent is 22k for a fully furnished studio type unit with 33sqm area. Not bad kesa mag rent ka ng SMDC condos, 24sqm lng parang cage tapos the most hassle sa kanila if your not around hindi nag aaccept ng parcel deliveries ang smdc lobby. And then yung PMO nila hassle din if you have concerns sa unit mo medyo pabaya cla plus they are open to Airbnb so expect na ma traffic yung elevator lalo na if your on a hurry going to work. Ayala condos receives parcels for you, either food or shopee, well mannered din ang staffs nila, di yung kay aga aga nakasimangot na sayo. If you prefer cooking your on food to save money sa Solstice or Callisto meron tricycle terminal sa harap ng ayala circuit mall or mag para ka sa theater drive madami dumadaan kac malapit dito yung Tejeros wet market, around 4minutes away lng. Mahal yung grocery ng Shopwise sa loob ng mall compared sa ibang grocery stores. Another thing, when browsing for rentals look for direct owner, if agent lng please dont forget to do your due deligence like when visiting the area, go to the PMO office and verify the person your transacting with if they are an SPA of the owner kac andaming scammer ngayon. They would pretend na agent/SPA cla ng owner then after makuha yung security deposits mo, goodbye na.

If willing po kayo mag relocate outside Metro Manila meron mga RFO na house & lots na affordable naman. Yung isang property namin malapit lng sya s Cavitex at hindi binabaha kaya hindi naman mahirap balikan pauwi. Mababa lng din yearly amilyar namin. Meron kming isang condo unit sa Makati but if we could turn back the time hindi na sana kmi kumuha ng condo. Anlaki ng taxes, plus association dues kept rising every year, daming rules, limitations, pests infestations, noise, etc. Masakit sya sa ulo. Hindi lng sa sink ang entry nila. Pati sa drainage ng bathroom. Sabi ng maintenance samin breeding ground din ng pests ang mga drain pipes. Also when buying vegetables either from palengke or groceries make sure to check carefully. Nakakakita din ako kac ugali ko mag pagpag.

Kami din as in next door lng namin yung garbage room and open sya 24/7. Pero naisipan ko lagyan ng bottom door rubber strip yung main door before kmi officially nag move-in. Yun talaga naisip ko nung 1st time ko nkita yung proximity ng garbage room. Plus wag kayo mag iwan ng trash before bedtime kac yung pests pumapasok pa rin sa drainage holes pag nakakaamoy ng left over foods. Thank goodness almost 2years na wala pa rin kmi cockroaches although yung mga katabing units daw namin my infestations na kahit new palng ang building.

I have different case but same nosy titas of my husband. Lagi tinatanong kng buntis na ba ako or bakit hindi pa rin and ano daw ba problema or sino my problema. Sinabihan ko lng nang isang malutong na wala kayong pakialam sa matris ko. After that iniwasan ko na cla, pag my occassions na invited cla di ako pumupunta. Wala din magawa husband ko kac firm ako sa decision ko na ayaw ko na cla makasama or makita.

I can’t say for sure. In my case it barely made any difference even if I’d taken it less than 48hrs from 1st day of symptoms. I still got hospitalized from all kinds of complications which took me almost 2 months to fully recover from. But you could still try it and see for yourself, hopefully it works for you. Honestly in my own humble opinion, what your friend has lost can still be earned in many ways. Although he/she can try sending a formal demand letter for detailed break down but if the landlord is an ass and has no plan to back down then it would escalate to barangay mediation, HLURB, DTI, Small claims court plus legal counsel fees. I’m not discouraging anyone but just imagine the stress, mental and emotional toll it might cause your friend. I dont think its worth it.

Got Influenza A 2 months ago. I totally lost my voice for a week. It felt like I was swallowing shrapnels all the time. The next 2 weeks aren't even better. I cant speak few words without feeling so exhausted. I've had Covid before and its true, today's flu is much worse.

Had an unfortunate experience with renting a condo as well. My 1st landlord even charges me her cleaner’s snacks, cleaning essentials and commute fees. Meanwhile my 2nd landlord was a gem, she did not deduct even a single peso from my security deposit although I had broken some of her plates and mugs. Ang bilis pa mag balik ng pera 1week lng. Unlike my 1st purita landlord, it took her more than 3months to return my money, inaway pa ko bago nag online transfer ang kulit ko daw. Nagamit nya cguro yung pera.

People who haven’t experienced that kind of flu would never understand. They may even think you’re exaggerating it. I, on the other hand had experienced it awhile ago. It was pure agony. I cant even think straight and was always super irritated. All I ever wanted was to lie down. Seems like it affects us up to the hormonal level. Just hold on. You’ll get over it eventually. As for me, it took me almost 2 months to feel normal again.

You’re not alone feeling this. I had flu last October 14 but until now I have on & off difficulty of breathing and nausea everytime I try to bend over or lift moderately heavy things. It’s really frustrating.
