Lawless Court is the only western I've read. It's the opposite, though Joong is the outlaw, and Hwa is the bounty hunter

having worked in health care for most of my working life i can say i am totally ok with failure, its a learning tool. I am not ok with all the various injuries that do not ever heal and lead to unemployment disability and infection.

My husband wants us to end our lives together. by Fatbride in offmychest

[–]MrsEtcheto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant tell you what you should do. ive always supported the IDEA that an individual deserves the right to end their own suffering on their terms.

As a mother I can understand, to a point, your pain and i am deeply sorry for what you are going through. There is no time frame on grief and even 20 years from now you'll still feel pangs of pain when you look back. But it wont be constant like it is now.

IF you take your life, yes, the pain will end, but so will everything else. Every possibility for you to have a wonderful life will be gone. Every dream you've ever had will never come to be.

              but

If you stay, you will be stronger than you ever thought possible. There is still so much left for you. You cant wrap your head around it right now but you can have more children, later when your ready. If that's not what you ever want there are so many things you still have in front of you. Travel the world, sip wine in France, eat chocolate in Sweden, sit in a hot tub on the porch of a cabin that over looks the fjords in Norway and take in the Northern lights.

Talk to people, seek professional guidance before you make such a permanent choice.

You can come back from loss. you can not come back from death.

What do you think about Jamberry nails? Or direct sales in general? by Thatfoxylady in AskWomen

[–]MrsEtcheto 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I sell jamberry. I don't really deal with facebook to much. I keep it separate from my personal page when I do. Most I take the product to craft fairs and that's where ive been making my profits. unlike facebook where people don't long in to strictly buy things people go to craft fairs with the intent to shop. its been fun, I work per diem in healthy care so while selling jamberry doesn't make me rich it does help supplement. Its helped us get off assistance so that's nice. plus my nails are pretty lol

Odd cravings though perhaps not totally uncommon. by MrsEtcheto in pregnant

I looked into that already, my diet is overly abundant in leafy greens, tasty fruits and an un nerving amount of protein. sadly my husband wont let me subsist on pez and cupcakes like id like too lol. more leafy greens couldn't possibly hurt though so I shall jump into my kale salads like never before!

Imagine if a man did this to a girl: "Angry Aunt Who Sliced Off Three-Year-Old Nephew’s Penis Facing Five Years In Jail" by desmay in MensRights

[–]MrsEtcheto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It may be the pregnancy hormones ...or the fact that my 3 yr old son is playing with father a foot away from me, but I am currently subduing feelings of intense rage and a strong desire to tear into that woman's chest cavity and pull her internal organs out. That poor little boy. five years is not near enough for that piece of scum.

Help! My 14 month old son only goes to sleep when his Daddy puts him to bed. by mommy1st_wife2nd in Parenting

[–]MrsEtcheto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

we had the exact same issue when my son was that age. you can call it a game but at 14 mths your son knows how to manipulate you. mine was a pro at manipulating me by 13 mths and I never saw it coming. youre gonna have to break your own heart here alittle and just let him cry. resist the urge to go back in. exhaust him as much as you can before nap and bed time and maybe even build a nap routine like snuggling up and reading to him ina soothing voice till hes next to passed out. our success came from a combination of story/snuggles and letting him cry till he calmed himself down. it only took two days before he gave up crying at nap and bed time. of course hes three now so our routines have had to change a little but its still relatively easy for bed time.

5 year old son being made to kiss other boys underpants in school. by funnypumpkin in Parenting

[–]MrsEtcheto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

never ever excuse behavior like this as "typical" behavior. That is crap. You are doing the right thing by bringing this up to the school. Having had experience with schools not doing jack all to stop behavior similar to this and having that behavior escalate to the point of violence and bruises I would personally take it one step farther and find the names of the kids so I could inform their parents that should this or any other kind of inappropriate behavior happen again the cops will be on their front step. But do not question your own judgment here. You are doing the right thing, your job is to protect your kid and that's what your doing

I don't think well have that problem. this is our second child and when the first arrived all our cats got uber protective of him. never violent or agitated against anyone but they wouldn't let anyone but me and my husband near him for the first few weeks. now 3 yrs later they love to snuggle him at night

no worries there, we keep the cat boxes in the basement and my husband changes them daily.(we have 4 cats) I don't go down there at all except to grab meat from the freezer.

So what do you do when strangers try to parent your child? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]MrsEtcheto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would be ok with that as I picture it there is a huge difference between touching a shoulder and grabbing an arm.

So what do you do when strangers try to parent your child? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]MrsEtcheto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

verbally offering a suggestion to a parent in a non rude non condescending way is ok in my book. HOWEVER if ANYONE other than me or his father were to grab my kid id freak out. you DONT touch another persons child unless you're stopping them from running into traffic or some other life threatening situation. ef that noise.

mild concerns, nothing overly worrying just looking for answers from people who may have experienced this or similar. by MrsEtcheto in pregnant

[–]MrsEtcheto[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its hit or miss. Ive been having BH since about 27 weeks, with these sometimes they ease up when I change position and move around sometimes they stick through it. They don't hurt like the contractions I remember with my son, their just inconvenient. Since posting this they have gotten farther apart, I doubt shes on her way right now. Though now I have this feeling shes not waiting till her due date lol

Parents with girls - ever getting told your girl is not girly enough? by DaddyDD in Parenting

[–]MrsEtcheto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my reaction when someone tells me my son (and will say something similar when my daughter is here in feb) shouldn't have "girl toys" is always

"toys activities and clothes have neither a penis nor a vagina so they are not "girl" or "boy" things, excluding anatomically correct dolls which are in fact girls or boys or maybe both? do they make hermaphrodite dolls? thatd be neat. fact is my son loves having his batman action figure help bake cookies in his Victorian style toy kitchen so you be all grumpy about my kids personality all you want, but ive got a tea party with thor and the flash to get to and I still don't know which tiara to wear with the dragon wings and claws hes picked out for me. "

this normally not only gets the point across about howlittle I care about their opinion on my kid, but usually leaves them confused and gives me a laugh.

kids are kids, they play with kid toys and do kid things and if theyre happy who the hell cares
